Terms & Conditions

MyCare, by Storm Code. Last updated 15 October 2026.

MyCare is run by Storm Code ([To be filled: legal form and registration details]), Tilkamanjhi, Bhagalpur, Bihar, India. By using it you agree to these terms, the Privacy Policy and the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Clinics also agree to the Clinic Payment Terms.

What the service is

  • Software that lets clinics take appointments, keep visit records and reminders, and take payments; and lets patients book, pay and see their own records.
  • Storm Code is not a healthcare provider. Medical advice, diagnosis and treatment come only from the clinic and its doctors, who are responsible for them.
  • Not for emergencies. In an emergency, go to the nearest hospital or call 112.

Accounts

  • Give correct details. One account can hold your family members.
  • Keep your PIN or password secret. You are responsible for what happens under your account. You can see and log out your devices from Account.
  • A clinic may register you at its front desk. You can then log in with the mobile number and the PIN set there, and change the PIN.
  • Clinics are responsible for the accounts they create for their doctors and staff and for the access they give them.

Bookings

  • A booking gives you a token for the doctor's day. The clinic sees patients in token order; timings shown are the clinic's hours, not an exact time.
  • Some clinics need the fee paid online to confirm a booking. An unpaid booking is released after the time shown.
  • A booking cannot be cancelled or its date changed by the patient. Refunds follow the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Payments

  • Online payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card or bank login details.
  • A booking is confirmed only after our server has checked the payment with the gateway.

Fair use

  • Do not misuse the service: no false bookings, no access to other people's data, no attempts to break or overload it.
  • We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Liability

  • We work to keep the service available and correct, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted.
  • To the extent the law allows, Storm Code is not liable for indirect losses, or for the medical care given by clinics. [To be filled: liability limit, after legal review]

Changes and law

  • We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the last change; important changes are announced in the app.
  • These terms follow the laws of India. Disputes go to the courts at [To be filled: court jurisdiction, for example Bhagalpur].
