Clinic Payment Terms

These terms apply to clinics, doctors and their staff who use MyCare. They add to the Terms & Conditions.

Clinic plan

One plan covers the whole clinic, with every doctor and staff member: Monthly ₹3,399. Prices do not include GST for now.
A new clinic gets 15 free days once.
The plan renews every month by autopay through Razorpay until you stop it.
Coupons give the discount they show, for the number of payments they show. A clinic can use a coupon once.
We send reminders 7, 3 and 1 day before the plan ends and on the day. If it ends unpaid, the clinic is locked: you can log in and pay from Billing, and patients cannot book. Your data is kept and everything opens again when you pay. A clinic is deleted only on request.
Plan payments are not refunded for unused days.

You choose: no online payment (patients pay at the clinic) or the Company Gateway. Your own payment gateway will come later. You can change this on the Payments page.
With the Company Gateway, patients pay Storm Code through Razorpay. The amount a patient pays is your consultation fee as set by you, and it includes a transaction charge of 5%. You receive the rest.
Gateway charges, transfer charges and the GST on them are paid by Storm Code out of its share. They are never taken from your share.

Payouts go to the clinic's bank account, a Razorpay Route linked account made with the details you give on the Payments page. Razorpay checks these details (KYC) before the first payout.
Your share is sent after each payment is confirmed and reaches your bank on Razorpay's normal schedule (usually 2 working days).
The account number and PAN are stored encrypted. You can change the bank account at any time; Razorpay checks it again.

Each doctor sets Refund ON or OFF for patient cancellations. New doctors start with Refund ON. The setting at the time of booking applies to that booking.
Patient cancels with Refund ON: the patient gets 70% of the doctor fee, you keep 20% and Storm Code keeps 10%, unless your clinic has a different split agreed with us.
Patient cancels with Refund OFF, or does not come: you keep the doctor fee.
The clinic cancels, the doctor is on leave, or a booking is released: the patient gets the doctor fee less 5%, and you keep nothing.
Second date change of a booking paid online: the patient pays 30% of the amount paid; you get 20%. Changes you make are free.
When a refund means part of a payout must come back, it is taken back from your linked account. If that money has already reached your bank, the amount is recorded as owed and taken out of your next payouts. You can see it on the Payments page.

If a patient's bank raises a chargeback, we answer it with the booking's records. If the chargeback is lost, your share of that payment is taken back the same way as a refund.

You are responsible for the taxes on your income from consultations. [To be filled: GST treatment of the plan and the transaction charge, after CA review]
